Perfect hotel - great amenities, new, clean, modern, eco-friendly. Location is good on the new town, within good walkable distance to all the shopping and attractions. Their coffee bar is another wonder, you can smell it the moment you walk in. Would definitely come back the next time I visit Edinburgh.

Everyone at the reception is so friendly and helpful which is a plus point. Free coffee and wine provided at the lobby area. We arrived apartment around 9am and the staff welcomed us politely and told me that accommodation can be ready as soon as 10.30am eventhough our check in time at 2pm. The apartment is clean, comfortable for us to stay. Tgif and stqrbucks just below our compartment. Overall we satisfied and definitely will be back
