"Stayed here 4 nights in a family room over a bank holiday weekend.
We didnt have any problems. We managed to park every day although the car park under the hotel is quite tight wr always fou d space.
Breakfast was quite manic becasue it was so busy. Struggled to find seating a couple of times but had to wait until people had finished. They really need another toast machine but otherwise not too bad.
Used the swimming pool twice which was nice. Didnt need to book a slot"

"Rooms are small but very well appointed. Beds are comfortable and there is minimal street noise. The staff is amazing and our housekeeper was perfection. The outdoor patio was quiet and a great place to have a drink. Location is perfect to explore all of London and if you are coming from Heathrow it is a very easy tube ride and short walk to the hotel. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you so much."
