"No 24 hour shuttle to airport as advertised (it cost about 100-200 euros to get your own transportation). The hotel Charges 2.5 Euros each way for their shuttle to and from the city. The shuttle drops you off about a mile from the actual city center no where near anything and it has other stops on the way, it also has limited pick up and drop offs. It is cheaper and more convenient to take the city bus. The air conditioning was blowing hot air on the lowest setting the first 2 nights,...

"This hotel is a gem! The staff is super friendly and they help a lot! Room was clean, shower is great, self parking is in front of the property. Located about 20 minutes from Florence in car. The breakfast was EXCELLENT! Coffee is great and the "Toscana mood" is all over. Thank for all your attention. If I could give 6 stars I would do it."
