"They charge for parking, even offsite. The elevators were under construction and reduced to just 3 for 42 floors making the wait to get to your room or down to the lobby a long wait. The mattress was like it was made from cardboard. And the rooms noisy. And finally TGI Fridays, the main restaurant for the hotel and where breakfast was served, was bland and tasteless and vastly overpriced. It was a lot of money to spend for a motel experience."

"my outrage regarding my recent stay at your property. As a Hilton Honors member, I have never experienced such a blatant disregard for guest safety, privacy, and basic human comfort. The conditions of this stay were entirely unacceptable: • Inoperable Basic Amenities in Extreme Weather: Our room had no hot water despite the outside temperature being 21°F. Expecting a guest to bathe in freezing water during winter conditions is a gross violation of hospitality standards. • Constant Intrusion & Lack of Privacy: After subjecting us to maintenance crews in our private space from 7:30 PM until 12:00 AM, we were again harassed by a 7:00 AM wake-up knock the following morning for further "repairs." This is not a "vacation"—it is a construction zone. • Inadequate Compensation & Failed Service Timing: We were offered a meager $75 credit followed by $25 the next day. These tokens are insulting given we could not bathe. Furthermore, a room change was finally offered only on our final night before departure—a "too little, too late" gesture that provided zero actual relief. • Unprofessional Staff: To conclude the experience, the staff and breakfast service were handled with poor attitudes and a complete lack of customer service. The explanation that the floor was "newly remodeled" is no excuse for a guest to be used as a "test subject" for non-functional plumbing in freezing weather. Because the hotel failed to provide a functional room. "

"Breakfast had good choices, but parking is a bit over priced since you can find half priced parking just around the corner. Also the nightlight wasn't working and the bathroom ceiling was chipping. But the view from the room was good. Room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Overall good experience. "
