"Not Pet Friendly at all. Expedia refunded us our reservation, because we didn’t get a check in notification for many hours past check in. The pet friendly rooms entrance is in from the parking lot like a motel with no grass in sight. The outside of the property is not well maintained and looks unsafe. They also make you sign a waiver that pets are not allowed to be left alone in the room."

"The room was very nice. The staff was professional and very pleasant from the front desk to housekeeping. The private parking worked out really well. Downtown NOTL was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel....very convenient. The hotel also had a shuttle available to run guests into town and pick up in town as well. The breakfast was good too. "We had a great stay at this hotel! Big Rand clean room. Microwave is a plus! Hot drinks 2/47 in the lobby. Big swimming pool and my son was happy there was a basketball area. Restaurant connected to the hotel had great meals! 20mins away from Niagara Falls! "

The weather was not as accommodating for us to sit outside on the patio or the muskoka chairs but we sure wanted to! The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff were super friendly and kind. "Right from the minute we walked into the Inn we felt welcomed. Staff were kind, helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. Rooms were just removed, spacious and clean. The AG restaurant was perfect atmosphere for a date night. The food is farm to table, delectable "
