"I liked the location of the property overlooking the falls. I did not like the fact that I arrived at the property at 4:10 pm to check in for a 4:00 pm check in, and my room wasn't ready. I finally got into my room at 4:50 pm. If check in is at 4:00 pm then my room should be ready then. Also I didn't like the $50 parking fee per night. It cost me $100 in parking to stay for two nights. What a gouge! Not to mention they did not have any accessible towels in the pool area. They did finally bring...

"The Wyndham transferred me to the Hyatt for some reason. The team at the Wyndham were very nice and helpful, making the transfer very easy. A few weeks prior to arrival, I called the Wyndham a few times and their people were always polite and helpful in answering my questions. "

"The section of the building we were in was two stories with no elevator. The breakfast was very good but to access it you had to exit the building go through the parking lot into the main entrance and downstairs. Not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Location is very good . Close to incline rail lift access to the falls."

"For a Budget hotel. The room was clean the Staff were friendly. Checking in and out was easy. The Continental breakfast was a nice addition. It ain't the Ritz....but it's a fraction of the price."

"Good hotel overall. Unfortunately, the room we originally booked was unavailable at check-in. However, the staff and manager, Luca, handled the situation professionally and upgraded us to a room with a Fallsview for the inconvenience. The team was very accommodating and made a genuine effort to ensure we still had a great trip despite the issue."

"Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Bed very comfortable. Easy to adjust the temperature to your liking. Fantastic location and free parking were all pluses. Surprisingly quiet considering it's closeness to the QEW. My only negative was an issue with the flusher on the toilet. It didn't work but I managed to fix that. I did call for maintenance so hopefully it's fixed for the next guests. All staff were great in my experience. I'm looking at returning in July."

"Gentlemen with short white hair was extremely rude. Asked for extra couple minutes pass checkout, but was rude and had no empathy towards me what so ever. I understand the business is important, but as the customer, we should be priority. Apart from that, good eggs for breakfast. Won’t be coming back and advise others to not cheap out on hotels and if you have extra money, I would put it into elsewhere. Cannery lofts for example great place."

"Free parking and clean renovated rooms, but make sure you book renovated rooms. We were lucky enough to get upgraded for free to the renovated room. Not an upscale motel but decent for a quick stay for a family. Safe and central location."

"We had no hot water in our bathroom and the walls are very thin. We could hear the person in the next room's conversation as well as noise from the highway.. Also we did not realize that we would be charged additional fees such as a resort fee, digital media fee, and parking fee on top of what we paid through Expedia."
