"The rooms need some maintenance and are starting to show their age, especially the bathrooms. Also when we went to the waterpark someone had thrown up on the stairs to the rapids waterslide in 2 spots, we were in line for half an hour and it was never cleaned up. I let them know when we got to the top and when we went back an hour later it was still there not cleaned up at all."

"Parking is at least a 5min walk away, and requires a $50 charge for self park or $70 for valet. Nothing special about the hotel and Starbucks costs at least 3x what it does anywhere else. They will rip you off! "

"Staff was incredible, super professional. Property is under major remodeling, elevators took over 10 minutes, a lot of noise in building everywhere. "

Newly renovated room had terrible lighting and a shower door that was very difficult to open. Have stayed at this hotel several times previously with no negative experience so hoping this was a one-off. "
