"The stay was fine I was disappointed on the day (Sunday) We were gone for the day came back after dinner and when we (husband and I) entered our room we found that it was not clean. We didn't leave it dirty it ,just beds not made up and dirty towels were still in bathroom. Any time we would stay 2days or more house keeper would go in and do what had to be done In any motel we stayed in the room were cleaned. That is the only complaint i have The staff was friendly and helpful . . ."

"The room was very clean, but only gave room cleanliness 3 stars because they need to clean the a/c vents, especially in the bedroom. Full of dust and other particles. Not good when A/C is on, as all this gets blown in the air you breathe. "

"We paid for a Niagara Falls view for a double queens room. The beds were very comfortable. The view was excellent with unobstructed view of all 3 falls. And watched the fireworks from our room evry night at 10pm. The staffs were very friendly and professional."
