"Good location "

"The rooms are clean. Breakfast was excellent - two rooms to eat in, so a lot of space. Our group of friends booked this hotel as we had an event happening in the city. My friend requested to extend the check-out for an hour with no issues. I asked around 10 am to extend it and was told "no, there are too many requests already" by one of the male receptionists. I accepted it. However when I checked-out, one of my friends managed to get the extension minutes before, at 11 am. So I am not sure...

"Check in with Troy was a little complicated the entire time he sounded irritated. Although I wanted to upgrade he told me to look up the nightly rates online myself. He did not explained where the breakfast buffet or pool were. Or which elevator to take. Otherwise facility is beautiful the other hotel staff from valet Sam to The Keg waiter named Omar was wonderful and super friendly. He explained the menu. For us and the kids it was a hit. Food is delish! I just wish some people who are...

"Very clean shower and linens clean nice quiet room very comfortable bed hotel staff nice friendly will definitely stay again 👍 i stayed four nights so comfortable and peaceful. "

"I’ll start with the only con because you’ll experience this before you even enter the hotel. Parking is a huge ripoff. They wanted $85 for indoor parking or $60 to park off-site a block away. What a let down. Tip: Park across the street in the indoor Casino parking for $35 and take the glass walkway across. The hotel itself is great. Friendly staff, easy check-in, nice facilities. The rooms were super clean. We stayed in a regular room w 2 queen beds. Nice big washroom. Bonus: Starbucks in the...

"Nice staff "

"Rooms were fine, nothing stood out. Rooms were clean but the halls and common rooms were in need of cleaning. Breakfast options were good if you show up before 9am, then they were almost all gone and not restocked."

"It was easy to get into parking lot off main hwy, and on the side street."
