"Excellent breakfast buffet - many hot & cold choices from bacon, sausages, eggs, pancakes, bagels, toast, pastries to fruits & cereals
Staff extremely friendly and accommodating; very clean new hotel; nice gym; lots of restaraunts & services in the area; central to anything downtown.
Unfortunately found the mattress to be on the soft side (maybe the cushioned topper style mattress) and I need something firm for my back. Hallway is not carpeted so noise echos, especially hotel room...

"We have came to this facility on a week day to explore the Niagara falls. It was a great room with view of the waterfall. When we first come there were a few wiring blocking our view on the first day but they took them off and we were able to view the beautiful falls. It will be a plus if the facility has parking on site. "

"They charge for parking, even offsite.
The elevators were under construction and reduced to just 3 for 42 floors making the wait to get to your room or down to the lobby a long wait.
The mattress was like it was made from cardboard.
And the rooms noisy.
And finally TGI Fridays, the main restaurant for the hotel and where breakfast was served, was bland and tasteless and vastly overpriced.
It was a lot of money to spend for a motel experience."

"I arrived quite late but there were no problems with check in and they pointed me in the right direction if restaurants that might still be open. For your money you get a huge bed in a bedroom, separate lounge with sofa bed should you need it, a bathroom, a small but adequate kitchen space and two closets. The rooms are clean, well furnished and large. The breakfast was solid with reasonable choice. The price was good as was the location so I’d definitely stay here again. "
