"The hotel is not what it claims to be. First of all, the hotel is categorized as a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel, which is also clearly displayed at the reception. I booked a Deluxe room, but I was initially given a Standard room on the 4th floor without any explanation. My first room was also not properly cleaned, and after checking it, the staff eventually had to agree. They did change my room without any problem, which I appreciated. However, changing the room did not solve the issues....

"Der Aufenthalt im Titanic City Taksim war wirklich sehr gut. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, das Hotel und dessen Zimmer sind sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren alle stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und ließen keinen Wunsch offen. Besonderer Dank geht an die sehr liebe Emine Hanım im 9. Stock, die das Zimmer jeden Tag sorgfältig reinigte und die Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche tauschte. Auch muss man das stets sehr gute Frühstück erwähnen - einfach nur WOW!
