"The Hotel ran out of tourist map. Not the best start for a tourist not speaking Turkish. We were assigned a room that has drainage issue with the shower bath tub. Our shower took longer than usual bcos we had to pause the showering water to avoid flooding the bathroom. Still, the bathroom floor was very wet after. "The location was great, one entrance had Riverside access and the other one took you right into the old town. The hotel and grounds were lovely, beautifully decorated, colourful and tranquil. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped. I had a room near the front door to start which was a nuisance because I could hear the door constantly slamming but the reception staff kindly relocated me to the top floor which was very quiet and relaxing.
