"Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing rental experiences we’ve had. We drove over seven hours to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday, arriving around 3 a.m., only to find our assigned parking space occupied. "Let me first speak of the few good things great location and check in process was easy great places to eat in area and shop Now on to why I rated it the way I did so right out gate had problems with internet for first 3 days and the room looks nothing like what’s shown it was not clean at all if i could post the pics here I would..stains everywhere just not clean and if everyone is charged a cleaning fee the room should be immaculate"
