The things we liked the most: Courteous staff, fruit and cucumber water in the lobby, breakfast selections, location near the zoo, botanical gardens and a museum, free shuttle to and from the airport. The things we did not like: toilet and tub drain we not draining properly. When they brought someone to repair, there was a language barrier and it did not get resolved. We also found a bogus charge to our room, but the front desk resolved that nicely."
