"Fast and pleasant check in with Dev. Free parking for a couple of cars, or there's car parks nearby, ranging from £5 to £10. Stayed in room 6. Everything we needed, Yorkshire tea, a fridge, complimentary bottle of water, hairdryer etc. Also had a fan in there, which we didnt need to use, as you can open the bedroom and bathroom windows and get a lovely breeze through. The room's really quiet. Would definitely stay again."

"I loved my stay at Torbay Guest house. It is located on a quiet road within a few minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast was amazing and freshly-prepared. James was an amazing host, very friendly and attentive. Near the train station or bus stop. James gave me great recommendations for local places to visit.i walked to Brixham from the guesthouse . The path to there was stunning and alongside the coast. Amazing views and calm. I would definitely look to come and stay here again if I am ever...

"Chaz and Kelly, the owners could not have been more helpful. Although they did not do a breakfast or have a dining room, they made up a wonderful breakfast hamper, delivered to your room at your convenience, which including a bacon or sausage bap, amongst many other items. The room was quite smalll but beautifully and tastfully decorated with a lovely view of the grassed garden which also served as a car park. Thank you and I certainly hope to return,"

"The owners are absolutely lovely and incredibly inviting, always ready with helpful advice about the area. There is daily housekeeping which was good. The rooms were cosy and comfortable. The location is fantastic, with free parking available on nearby roads and just a short walk to into town. "

"A little gem. Had a fantastic weekend stay at The Smugglers. From the minute we checked in to the moment we left, the staff made us very welcome. The restaurant served superb steaks cooked on their charcoal grill. thank you Mark and Emily and all the staff. "Lovely hotel The Location was perfect! The room was very clean although very stuffy at night but there was a fan in the room and the window can be opened and was still very quiet. Loved the pool & spa facilities. Breakfast there was plenty of choice. Will definitely stay here again if we visit the area. If I was being very picky the only complaint we had was the evening meal portions were very small for the price that we paid. Would definitely recommend this hotel for staying."
