"Air conditioning was great"

"A little noisy for a presidential suite, just know that if you book the presidential suite, they have 2 and they are both on the 2nd floor just over the boardwalk and main street. Fun to people watch, but a little noisy. The room was GREAT! "

"We went for a music festival that was easy access via the hotel tie in. However the check in they asked for $$$ for check in that differed by the hour if you wanted to get into your room earlier. The festival started at noon! Also the hotel is nice, but needs upgrades for the price. "

The gardens and pool area were beautifully maintained and created a welcoming atmosphere, with guests enjoying continental breakfast together in the mornings and relaxed conversations in the evenings. The room had all the essentials—clean, cool, and exactly as described. Communication from the owners was excellent, and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating.
