"I stayed here for a few weeks due to work and it was very pleasant. While it has some dated features it still had very comfortable beds with nice sheets, hot water, very clean and quiet. The cleaning team were very good at their job and very friendly. It’s in a central location with many restaurants to choose from in Hayes Valley. I would suggest the front desk area be cleaner and more attended but I do recommend this place for the price."

"I loved my stay, the staff was super helpful (cleaning staff.) It was a decently sized room with a bay window and such a cute aesthetic. I was able to reach out to customer service easily, and had very few issues. The proximity to Dolores park and being able to uber everywhere was also a plus. Only downside is the drug abuse happening on the street but that’s pretty much every downtown."

"Bedbugs. Completely stained bed cover. Hair in the sheets. Next to a loud bar. Dirty in general. I found a bed bug and got a refund and stayed somewhere else. Yes, it’s cheap but I wouldn’t sleep here for free."

"I LOVE THIS HOTEL!! It's my second multi-night stay in it. EVERYTHING in the "suggested subjects" was "MAX"! The "Community Room" on the first floor really HAD the feeling of ... well ... "community"....including a delightful number of aspiring young Entrepreneurs from South America - perfect English, of course! Clean; sunny-bright; great full-sized appliances including excellent microwave for charming array of coffee-tea-amendments; filtered water. Mind, I have NO reservations about...

"Room was spacious and clean. There was free parking but limited spaces. You do have to leave a $150 deposit down for incidentals which was not listed on Expedia. The area is walkable. It’s close to the piers, Oracle Park and the freeway. Other than other tenants being loud at night everything else was good."

"Loved this stay very quiet and calm. I really appreciate the security they have. They do not let anyone enter without a booking. Very high standards are respecting everyone’s peace and privacy during their stay. Staff was friendly and patient while doing a late night check in. Very reasonable price not on the high end side, if you need a quick and safe stay. The room was very clean and had the necessary amenities. Overall very pleased."
