"The whole experience was horrible, different hotel name, hard to find, room nothing like shown on the Expedia website, completely dirty from pool to room, rat feces bathroom disgusting. We have requested a refund as the place was completely a scam. Please acknowledge and proceed with refund. "It’s a beautiful place but there were quite a few things that made my stay an unpleasant one:
No TV in the sitting area. When there is a TV, the remote is missing.
No hot water one morning, when reported to front desk, clerk Hacell asked me if I knew how to use the faucet. I put him in his place.
Room is switched. At 11 PM fire alarm went off ( no one’s fault ) and I was offered another room after making it clear that I would not spend the night in there.
At midnight went to my 3rd room, no TV...

"Amazing! Incredible service from everyone. Loved the beach bar - great people serving drinks and food there with amazing beach views - the tuna ceviche was the best ever. Baboo restaurant was very nice, had breakfast and dinner there. Very peaceful. My room was huge and the balcony superb to relax at. The embajadores/ras take care of everything from reservations to activities to transfers and they are delightful. All in all I had an amazing stay. Thank you."
