"I had a great stay at Vista Sol Punta Cana. The renovated room upgrade was worth it, right in front of the beautiful beach.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food wasn’t amazing in general, but El Mariati and Teppanyaki Restaurant have a great food and awesome service.
The spa was a highlight with great amenities, and Maria was amazing. She made me feel well taken care of. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience!"

"The room was amazing. Great place. Impossible to get any questions answered, check in was a nightmare, and our room locked at 11 am with half our stuff in the room. Hours passed without assistance. Requests for late checkout went unanswered. Room great, communication terrible, facilty amazing."

"Very disappointing! This is actually a motel, not a hotel. It is located in a rundown residential neighborhood, and unsafe area. There are multiple empty lot on the street where houses haven’t been built. Many of these empty lots are trash dumping ground. There’s no reception area. You have to ring the bell from the street which is answered by the caretaker of the property who does not speak English at all. "Le wow de cet hotel c'est qu'il y a deux petits complexes. Un sur la rue principale et un sur la beach. Donc quand tu loue sur la rue principale - 15 minute de marche pas vraiment agréable car parmis les centaines de motos, bus et taxis, mais si on passe le plaisir de la marche c'est ok. On a donc acces a la place du 2e complexe c'est super. Sinon pas vraiment propre juste pas degueu. Dejeuner inclu etait correct. Property management will tell you that "the unit you booked is the unit that was listed". Show them the listing all you want, their reply will not change.
