I had a great experience at impressive overall- food was okay except for the on the grill food was awesome, unfortunately we only got to go one time there was no availability as you have to make reservations. the only downside of this resort is the beach is dirty due to seaweed and the smell

Impressive is not a bad resort , what made it so horrible for me it was my encounter with upfront customer service. I would hoped they do at some point improves on that dept . What made it special the rest of the trip ,to us it was the people that work within for impressive that we met along the way . First Rainer ( maletero) from picking us up to bring us to our room made the bad experience from front desk so much better for us . A few amazing staff members from the Buffet, Esperanza, Martha, the juice bar lady and some of the cook line folks -Thank You for treating us like family ! Great entertaining group ! Thx for spaghetti for taking the time to get to know you better . Keep up that spirit . Beautiful Beach view , and it was clean the whole time we were there !

The staff is great and polite. The hotel is a little run down. The first room we went into smelled like someone died in there. They changed our rooms which was good. They wanted to charge us $300.00 each person to get premium service. I thought that was ridiculous when we paid for all incusive.

No many options in the buffet and restaurants are always fully booked. Beers are always warm, pretty common in all inclusive hotels, overall a nice hotel. Snack bar and bar in front of the beach were pretty good.
