"Es un buen hotel para relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Tenga en cuenta que solo incluye la habitación todo hay que pagarlo a parte. Las piscinas pertenecen al spa y nos costó el pase por un día entero 245$ por persona, no permiten niños en el spa, no podrán entrarlo a la piscina. La comida es solo americana y están los precios algo elevados, pero el pueblo queda cerca a 10 min y tienen variedad de restaurantes de diferentes países y económicos. "

"Upon entering the hotel, it was nice. It looked clean. The staff was nice upon check-in. It was a quick check-in process upon entering my room. It seemed fine. It was an adjoined room which I didn't like, but it seemed OK maybe about two or three hours after getting comfortable. I see a mouse went across the floor. I immediately packed my things and called the front desk. I was then given another room, which was fine. It was clean. You know the issue is people leave their food, trash and things...

"Location! Next door to Spectrum Center. Valet parking $55 day but worth it! No hassle finding parking. Hyatt Valet brings it down and takes it back up. Very convenient. Enjoyed our weekend stay for a Saturday event at the Spectrum Center. Will definitely be back!"

"Checked in for 5 hours due to a layover. Nice comfy bed and shuttle service to the airport was timely,convenient and friendly. "

"Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful! Top notch service all the way around! Loved sitting on the patio at the watch and people watching in the evening! Then the rooftop for sunset and cocktails, then the lower level for live music and arcade games! It was a special treat to have a breakfast bag delivered to the door in the morning as well as afternoon, charcuterie, cheese, and wine that was complementary. The location was wonderful and using the valet made everything so easy!"

"Hopefully It was just off season but the restaurant hours were ridiculous. No complimentary coffee and the restaurant didn’t open until 8 am. They close again between each meal service as well. Rather disappointing when others offer coffee and water for a lesser rate."
