"We love staying here, the location and view is always wonderful. Our room was clean and taken care of, only downfall we noticed this past stay was that the elevator stopped working (things happen, we understand) but also the outdoor showers to rinse your belongings off didn’t work at all. These are minor things but when paying a larger price tag, we do expect everything to be functional. I do wish the breakfast area wasn’t so packed and more spaced out because it gets crowded quickly."

We were completely blown away by the sheer magnificence of the grounds, room, and amenities; every moment of our stay was magical. "We had a deluxe mountain, 1 king bed, the Room was huge and very nice and clean. The property is very nice. We had a dinner at the Guys kitchen and bar. The server couldn't have been nicer. She was fantastic. The food was terrible. I cannot believe that guy even has his name on this place. There was no Flavortown going on that night.
