"Room was fairly clean, not overly clean but typical. Check-in was fine. Towels were available but not wash cloths. I contacted the property which took awhile just to get in touch with someone. "Disregard all of the positive reviews others have made - the risk of being completely unable to actually get inside of the building outweighs the chance of it being a 'good' stay. There are so many options out there, be intentional with the way you spend your money and chose a hotel that provides ACTUAL service, not phone calls with people on the other side of the country who have no idea what's going on.
