"Breakfast buffet was nice. The only thing that was an issue was the night before we left someone in the lobby was very loud either on their phone or talking til 1:30 in the morning. Very annoying!!"

"The check-in process was 45 minutes long. Showed me a room that wasn't clean. Elevator is ancient and can't believe it's only one. I would bot stay here again."

My kids enjoyed Reedy Creek Park and the Nature Reserve, we also went to Charlotte Motor Speedway to see the light show and we really enjoyed it

The area is busy, especially the main road, due to the mall being right down the road but the area where the hotel is has some walkable places to eat and a few hotel choices. We've stayed in a few hotels in Concord for car shows or meet at the tracks

Came for Christmas with our daughter. Had a great Christmas Eve picnic on a beach on Lake Norman watching the sun set. So many great hiking options, too, especially love Latta Park.

Its just NE Charlotte But has a bit of a more roomie feel while keeping the same conveniences.
"This place is wonderful. Yes, there are definitely some silly potential upcharge/misc expenses, but most are very optional. for example: Its not mandatory for you to buy the bottle waters in your room. You can buy and bring your own. its that simple."
"Very clean and comfortable stay. I booked an accessable room and the shower was a roll-in with grab bars and hand-held shower.
Upon entrance to the lobby, there was a noticeable odor of marijuana but there was no odor in the room and it was gone in the morning at check out."
