"Great stay! Welcoming staff. Beautiful, big and clean rooms! We got upgraded to a river view on the 27th floor. Great AC!!! (NOLA weather in June is no joke) Yeah there is a resort/destination fee but from this they give you half of it as a daily credit to use at the observation bar. Great view of the river on the 11th floor. Bar has attentive staff and good food and drinks. Always stay here in NOLA!"

"Hotel is a little outdated but the room was clean and close to many restaurants, about a 15/20 minute walk to bourbon st. I liked the added security of needing a key card both to enter the lobby and use the elevator. All the staff I interacted with were always welcoming and helpful. There is a little lobby store with snacks that is 24 hours as well which was helpful when we didn’t want to go to canal street for a corner store "
