"Did not like the surprise facility fee gross practice on a guest. And the temperature of the room was a nightmare no way to cool the room at all only heat and took nearly 12 hours to even reach a suitable temperature. Was set to 80 degrees when frist entered I set it 68, it got to 74 by 2am. I did eventually sleep but very little. And then the gym next to the room had very loud people at 6am till I left. "

"This property is a hidden gem of a hotel. I love that at reception, you can sit down in a comfortable chair at eye level with the friendly front desk personnel, rather than be stuck standing with your bag as in most hotels. Our room was spotless, beautifully appointed and luxuriously stocked with superior linen and furnishings. The big secret is the Wheeltapper pub off the lobby. It's at once a well worn New York Irish pub and the sexy, cool, speakeasy/bar/restaurant that serves up well prepared pub fare for the hotel. When we were there on a Saturday night, a seven piece Irish folk band set up shop at a large booth in the back and played all evening with guest singers invited to participate in the show. "
