Had 2 spa treatments booked for 9am, told to be there at 8:30a but the spa didn’t open until almost 9am. I could’ve slept in a bit longer since i was a bit tired. "We picked this hotel because we have enjoyed the Double Tree in Dalllas very much. The room was clean, the bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained. They listed room service but there was no restaurant room service. We were expecting a movie streaming service but that was not available. The breakfast buffet was ok. When you checkout they try to sign you up for deals. Overall we will not be returning to this location."
