Beautiful hotel and location. Staff very cordial. The only issue was Valet Parking was NOT optional as booking mentioned, we had to get charged the daily fee of $39.00. Even if you dont use they still charge for using the parking space.

Very beautiful views, in the city but far enough out to avoid traffic. Loved that you have main highways close by and there is a shopping center about 5 minutes away, even less. Enjoyed our stay with 2 kids, they only do valet but they are professional and offer a fast service.

Great relaxing stay!

Amazing service and great location!! Beautiful hotel. The chef at the restaurant made my friends and I amazing bacon not on the menu for us not once but twice, after sampling it the night we arrived. She went out of her way and we were so appreciative of it!

My room was not ready until 5:55 as sheets had to be washed. While offered the spa to get dressed i was late to the wedding that i drove 3 hours to attend and missed seeing the bride walk down the aisle. I saw many others get their room before ours. They informed they had til 8pm to give us our room. 4pm is already a late check in compared to the std. 3pm and I hope the hotel review updated processes. We did enjoy the spa the next day which was great but for a resort spa cleaning proseeses to have rooms ready for check-in need updating. We asked can we atleast use room snd they csn come in do the beds after we left for the wedding. Informed no one is allowed to enter after someone chevs in which even cruise ships and hotels enter to change sheets during stays. So saying no one can enter I felt was not within std hotels. I missed the most important part of the wedding ceremony of a friend i can never get back.

This was a quick spa day for our birthdays. The spa was wonderful. Hotel staff is great and the property is still in great shape. We stayed here a few times when it first opened up so I was interested to see if the hotel would looked dated but it does not.

The hotel was very nice. We went during the off season so it wasn’t very busy. We will definitely return. We did enjoy the spa. The Razul treatment is great for couples.

We would come back; it’s a lovely property

This is a very nice property. The only things I didn’t care for were the expensive/mandatory valet charge of $39 a night and the fact that you don’t get housekeeping during your stay. At a hotel like this I would expect nightly turndown service as well as a freshening of the room each day. It would be nice if they replenished towels and made the bed and took out the trash to make the room feel fresh again. Instead, you walk into however you left it! I did call downstairs to find out if no housekeeping was normal and was told that it was, but they could replenish towels, water, take out the garbage on request. I told them we needed fresh bath towels and water and they arrived at our door shortly after I requested them. So, not a huge deal, but it’s just surprising at a hotel of this caliber to not be extra “service-y”. Staff is friendly and there are plenty of dining options on the premises which was convenient. We didn’t use the pool, but it did look beautiful and spacious.

This is overall a nice hotel that is part of a fun development with good dining and other retail options within walking distance. The big pluses for me were the spa and pool, both of which are well maintained and have nice amenities. Staff was friendly and the room was pretty nice so it made for a good spot for a weekend getaway.
