"Upon check in, we were treated poorly by the young lady that checked us in. She was rude and condescending. The majority of the other staff were too busy to answer questions. The only positive encounter that we had was with the staff from housekeeping. They were on it! Prompt, respectful and very attentive. As far as the food, most of the eateries were very busy. We were very surprised of the poor quality of the food and its preparation. It was sloppy and did not taste good. One of our orders costed more than fifty dollars for two burgers and fries. The adult beverages were small with little alcohol and lots of ice. All in all it was a bad experience. I will never go there again."

"The view from the opal tower,is not a view of the vegas strip. Also there's no microwave or refrigerator, so dont plan on eating leftovers. Not on the strip but close enough if you dont mind a 45 minute walk. Also the hotel os very close to the airport."

"Property is old but room is spacious and beddings are clean including the room the only thing that I observed going to my room is the stairs considering I had a huge luggage but over all its a good place for the price. Thank you. "
