"Excellent property! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful! The pool was beautiful with plenty of chairs. Our room was very clean with plenty of amenities. We ate at several restaurants, and our absolute favorite was the Washing Potato (strange name, but the best Asian food we’ve had in a long time!). The fitness center was the best we’ve ever been to in a hotel! We will stay here again!"

"First we were told our room wasn’t ready. Had to wait over an hour. Had to hurry and change to head to our venue. The bathroom had NO towels and hair all over the floor. We got towels and were told they would come back to clean bathroom…well that did not happen. We will not be back☹️"

"The casino has terrible service. My 89-year-old mother was playing a machine and forgot her wallet when she switched machines, and it disappeared in seconds. I called security and filed a report, but they did nothing. There are a million cameras and thousands of employees walking around, but they don't solve anything. This tells me it's very unsafe to play at this casino."
