Pro-active. Rooms are of excellent repair and quality - if you have vertigo then avoid the penthouses! No USB ports in rooms, reflecting the age of the building Access to the main MGM Grand is through a corridor - most food outlets close at 10pm save one that closes at midnight, but if you are later then a 24hr restaurant is available over the road at New York New York via a footbridge. Smoking is allowed in the main casino area."

I know they have a job to do, and I respect that, however in any situation “no” or “no thank you” means “no.” Being approached, by the same people, every single day - multiple times, definitely dampers the stay.
