"The hotel customer service was amazing shout out to house keeping for always keeping the room clean and my favorite bartender Jeffery ! He made sure me and my friend had a wonderful stay showed us where we can go to do our little shopping and buy souvenirs I was so sad when time to leave I’ll definitely be back next year. Only thing was the laundry service charging per item to wash clothes is ridiculous! But other than that I loved the hotel "

It is a wonderfully simple place, I may want to visit more places on my next visits to Punta Cana however Yamili Hotel is where I know I’ll be safe and quiet"

"Love the pools but needed cleaning Close to airport Front desk friendly/helpful The construction was near our bedroom window so early in the morning. rooms well equipped with kitchen needs. Sofa was dirty and very uncomfortable. Hot water didn’t last very long. Fast elevators. Nice gym. grocery store walking distance. There was restaurants nearby. Plenty of Ubers. Check in and out easy no hassle. Not much to do on the island if I did it over again I’d stay all inclusive. "

"The majority of the staff and accommodations were AMAZING ! The food was a big disappointment. The buffet meals were bland and cold. We did enjoy The Wok and the italian restaurants for dinner. Miguel, our butler, was extremely friendly and attentive. He was awesome! The seaweed did take over the beach so we were unable to swim in the ocean which was a huge disappointment."

"We had a wonderful family vacation in the middle of June. The family room was spacious and sunny. We were lucky that we had good weather throughout the week. Great internet everywhere from the hotel rooms to the common areas, which was really important for us. Great services and smiles in general, especially great greetings and helps from Josia.
