Best Boutique Hotels in East Austin

"We had such a wonderful night at the Frances Modern Inn. Their room 15 is a gorgeous two story suite with a perfectly curated apartment feel, just with all of the amenities of a five star hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us with parking and even left birthday cupcakes for my husband. There is a beautiful patio and courtyard to hang out in before even arriving in the suite. The suite itself has a very comfortable bed and linens, was incredibly clean, and had a beautiful clawfoot tub inside the bedroom. There were even several led candles to make the space feel cozy and romantic. This is a very good East Side location as well, with plenty of bars and shops to walk to. They have an in house restaurant we weren’t able to try this time around but the menu looks great. The kitchenette is well equipped for eating a nice meal inn. We will absolutely stay here again! It is such a great place to call home base in Austin."
