"Pros: Really good communication from host. Decorated nicely. Log burner (extra charge if using hosts logs). Milk in fridge. 8 minutes drive to Beamish museum. 4 minutes drive to a really good play park and splash area, by the river. Comfy beds and bedding. The accommodation was really clean. Shower heats up quick, large shower head. Dog bowls and biscuit treats - nice extra. Cons: Oven was broken by previous guest (on request, host was really good at providing air fryers). "I wanted to add an extra night last minute and the staff were so helpful to keep us in the same room. We also went into the restaurant to play darts and the staff had great service as the board was away and they were very quick to move things around and change things so we were able to play! "
