Welcome to my home! This bright and charming home comes with open living and dining areas, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There’s also a private outdoor garden where you can grab some fresh air. The kitchen is fitted with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a toaster. The 2 bedrooms feature a king bed and a single bed respectively. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The 2.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay! Guests have access to the entire property. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Saggart is located in the foothills of the Dublin Mountains and can be accessed from the N81 at Boherboy Road and via the N7 at Avoca. A village with a long history of milling, today it boasts some excellent food options and is also home to nearby Citywest Hotel Conference Centre & Golf Course. The Luas Saggart–City Centre terminus is located just five minutes walk from Citywest and the local village. Other nearby amenity options afford opportunities to explore the outdoors and some spectacular views of the city, including Coolmine Equestrian Centre, Saggart/Slievethoul, and Slade Valley Golf Club. The home can be easily accessible by multiple public transportations. The nearest tram station, Teach Sagard (red line) - is 13 mins walk from the home. There are multiple buses that service the area. Dublin Airport is a 27-mins drive from the home. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we will charge you for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
