My wife and I loved our stay. It was a one-night birthday getaway (we live in the surrounding Metro area), and we wanted an upscale night out with a high-end dining experience right on site. The staff was wonderful, the parking was easy, the property was magnificent, and the restaurant (American Reserve) was top shelf. I'm so grateful we stayed here.

The property was conveniently located near KCPL district and made for an easy walk to the venue. The staff were VERY pleasant and helpful. The rooms were a nice size. We had a beautiful stay!

We had a great stay here. Everyone was kind and helpful. The room and lobby were beautiful and clean. We got dessert downstairs on the main floor and it was delicious. We will definitely be making this a regular stay when we go on our trips to KC.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Hospitality!!! A Wonderful Stay! I recently stayed at the Ambassador Hotel Kansas City during a business trip, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience! The location is fantastic, conveniently close to major banks, business offices, and event venues. The hotel was spotless, and my room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. After long days of meetings, I genuinely looked forward to returning to relax! What truly made my stay special was the outstanding hospitality. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. A special recognition goes to the doorman, who was always ready to greet guests, open doors, and even assist when Ubers arrived. Such exceptional attention to detail is rare these days! Breakfast was delicious, with fast and friendly service. The bar also had excellent options, and I must say, I had the BEST espresso martini I've ever tasted! Unfortunately, an unexpected emergency required me to change my flight and check out a day early, which was disappointing because I truly loved my stay. Thank you to the entire Ambassador Hotel team for making me feel so welcomed and well taken care of! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kansas City. Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
