"Unit was below average for cleanliness, only 1 tea towel, not enough toilet paper and no dishcloths provided to wipe down surfaces. You could tell the staff were only there to get paid. (6 day stay)

"We had a nice day until we reach this place and wanted to check in. The receptionist/ the person handles the check in was very rude, very unprofessional and very unwelcoming - not hospitable knowing they are in hospitality industry. Dealing with a loss with a family doesn't give you the right to treat your guests bad."

"I wasn't offered breakfast. Very very disappointing.
The room was very clean and spacious. Inconvenient that there are no power points beside the bed, to charge phone. The pillows are way too high. Only suitable for back sleepers. There are no security screens on windows which is a deal breaker for next time. Wouldn't stay here again for that reason. Staff were ok. "

"Fantastic motel, easy parking, quick check in and short walk to great fish and chip shop. Even though they were super busy the rooms are super quiet and spacious with no outside noise heard. Well set out with air fryer, fry pan and microwave so you reheat and eat in your room.

"Would never stay here or recommend it. If we didn’t check in so late and were staying more than one night we would have found somewhere else to stay. We stayed in the larger room with multiple bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the bathrooms was closed off because it was not working. The rooms were old and not cleaned well. Air conditioners were not working. Beds and pillows hard as rocks. I’m very surprised this motel was rated so high by others. "

"Had to wait for the room to finish being serviced before we could enter - 1/2 hour. No milk in the fridge, had to fetch it myself. the directional blades of the air conditioner were broken and missing. The light fitting over the single bed was missing, just a sharp piece of metal sticking out of the bedhead. The catch on the shower door was not sealing and the floor became awash."
