The overall stay was fine and staff were friendly, but our cabin’s floor was clearly not swept and pretty dirty. Luckily they provided a broom for us to clean it ourselves. They advertised WiFi, but the WiFi only worked at our cabin about half our five day stay. Other than that, the bed was good, shower was nice, and provided amenities were all good.

The staff did not disclose that the pool would not be accessible for the duration of our stay due to cleaning. Being the number one reason for booking accommodation that particular night, it was very important to us. It was my twins 16th birthday and they wanted to stay somewhere with a pool so they could swim. The staff invalidated my concerns and refused to enter into any communication regarding an outcome we would be happy with. I was refused a refund even though we’d only booked in 20 minutes before I approached them with my request for a refund, based on the accommodation not offering what it has advertised. Very unhappy. We didn’t even stay after that. We left to find alternative accommodation. $194 down the drain and a real dampener on my twins birthday.

It was quite. I liked that. Very bad signage as to how to find this big4. Admittedly the highway has been changed. There was no forethought for the entrance to this caravan park. I feel sorry for these people.

Safe and quiet. The road outside the cabin needs to be a bit wider as with the constant rain the grass area got very muddy and our shoes suffered from mud and water. Apart from that the cabin was cosy and the bed good.
