"I had an issue with Room Rate . as per my booking room Rate was Canadian $152.00 total $739.00 but hotel charges $829.62 ???? showing room rate $170.91 I/O $152.00 other day they charge $179.91 too. if We had an issue with Tarif extra then Booking rate , how we can go further ??"

"I liked the elevator experience. Suite was beautiful. Couch not comfortable though. The view was awesome. Free breakfast was awesome. Lounge Patio with awesome view was awesome. Only thing wrong was the parking garage. It was horrible. So difficult to find P2 parking section. Signage leaves a lot to be desired."

"There was a lot of noise, and my room was in the basement. There was constant shouting from the hallway—other guests were arguing. Also, the staff's conversations could be heard in the room because they were speaking loudly. Frankly, it is not a hotel I would choose again."

"Loved absolutely everything but its property. People that work there were all very helpful kind and considerate. The property was clean tidy beautiful restaurant excellent food, gorgeous room lovely patio. Loved it all highly recommend."

"It was great really. I have a thing about hair and unfortunately I did happen to come across some but it’s probably more of a me thing so it’s excusable. Would I stay again? Absolutely! Easy drive, close to all the things I like to do. Clean and the staff were lovely."
