"This is one of the cleanest hotels my family and I have stayed in compared to the others in Niagara. The staff is super friendly, especially the ladies in the restaurant!"

"I've stayed here before and love the location, spacious rooms and super comfy beds. Decor in the rooms is a bit dated, but that's not an issue. This hotel is good value for central Toronto - highly recommended. We were thrilled with our room upgrade. Will stay again."

"Staff were always on the ball, the elevator was down during our stay and the staff were nothing but helpful when needed helping carry stuff upstairs, with three kids under 6 help was definitely needed and appreciated. Also had our van break down in front of the hotel and the hotel staff were very quick and helpful to help us come up with a solution, 10/10 amazing staff there I have nothing bad to say in that aspect"

"Stayed 1 night in a 2 bedroom (2 queen bed, 1 king bed) falls view room. The staff at from the front desk at check in to check out were friendly, accommodating and professional. The hotel has been renovated from the old embassy suites and looks great, the beds are comfy and the decor is nice. However, parking cost me $85 for on site and the A/C was off because they said they don’t turn it on until June? Therefore, we were all sweating all night as this was warm night in mid April. ...

"I can't really comment on the hotel itself as I couldnt get checked in due to lacking a card (despite having already paid for the booking). I've never been treated more disrespectfully in many years of traveling as I was by this hotel. Because of them I had to sleep at the airport as a solo female traveller. Absolutely atrocious way to treat anyone, let alone a guest."
