What meant the most to me was how respectful and inclusive the environment is. As a Black guest, I’ve had unpleasant experiences in some hotels before, but this was completely different. I felt genuinely valued and comfortable throughout my stay. Even on my first day, I’m already hooked. Holiday Inn has definitely gained a loyal customer, 10/10, highly recommended!
