"The free breakfast was cold. Even after we grabbed the fresh scrambled egs when the staff put them out. The sausage was also cold. The next day we microwaved our breakfast in the breakfast bar to make sure it was warm. The pillows need to be replaced. There is no support what so ever left in them. You can fold them in half and they stay that way. We ended up taking the extra pillows out of the closet to use. It helped but not much. The bed was comfy. The shower makes a noise when you are using...

"The bathroom had a lot of hair on the floor in the corners and there were very large, obvious smudges on the door and wall of the bathroom "

"Due to fluctuations in outside temperature, the hotel AC had not yet been activated. The room was uncomfortably hot (26C). I believe it is prudent for the hotel to notify customers in advance of this prior to locking in the reservation. Had I known, I would have made alternative reservations. I got a fan and an apology from the hotel either of which was satisfactory. Disappointed."

"Clean, excellent hot&cold breakfast items, ample parking, friendly staff, excellent value"

"The room was very clean. The heater and thermostat worked very well, for my fellow lizards who like to sleep warm. Easy to get to from the highway, easy to find parking. There arent many tables for breakfast so if you're not there early you might not get a place to sit. The food was typical for free hotel breakfast. I got back to the hotel after midnight following a concert and did not feel unsafe in the parking lot as a single woman, it seems like a fairly safe area."

"The rooms were clean and there were bathroom amenities. The free breakfast was very good. I was concerned that there was no water in the rooms for the coffee machine aside from getting a cup of water from the bathroom. I called down to the front desk inquiring about this as I thought for how much I paid for a room there should at least be water supplied for the coffee maker. The customer service rep from the front desk, apparently felt bad for me and brought me up a free plastic bottle of water....

"Hotel needs some upgrading, room looked run down, lampshades taped up instead of replaced. View of roof was unpleasant (tarps, tape, and cords all over ) Staff were pleasant. "
