"When I checked in I was charged $5 for using a third party, i.e. Expedia, for making my reservation. I was not previously aware of such a charge. The room was quite nicely appointed and clean. The rest of the property is showing its age."

"I arrived to the room not stocked with towels, soap, toilet paper, or a sponge. Theres no ice machines in the building the only way to get some is to carry it in a garbage bag from the bar on first floor. The A/C was unusable due to the constant smell of burning plastic that emitted from it. So for the 3 days i was there i had to be in uncomfortable heat. When i spoke to the staff about it all i was met with were excuses on why i couldn’t switch my room or be fully accommodated. I’ve been to...

"Nice hotel, good clean rooms, staff knowledgeable and helpful. If I really search for a con, I would say the tub floor was extremely slippery."

"This hotel is very old and not well maintained. It is being kept clean inside but the furnishings and bathroom was very old. Also the outside maintenance is terrible: cracked sidewalks and parking areas not well paved. Fencing falling down. Also if you must stay here, request a room on the backside of the building because the highway traffic noise in the front is so loud it was almost impossible to fall asleep. On a positive note, the staff is very nice."

"Bistro was very expensive. No included coffee or breakfast. 2 cups of coffee in room but not enough for two mornings for two people. Bathroom and bed very nice."
