"I didn't use breakfast, so I can't comment about it. I am not qualified to characterise the eco-friendly aspects. It is annoying that the survey doesn't allow alternative options for answers. However, my stay at Mercure Hotel West Bromwich was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had situations. "Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff who were so kind and helped us get into the car park in the heavy snow when our car couldn’t make it!! Absolutely couldn’t fault this hotel, the room was clean, lovely and spacious, in a great location easy to find and get to. Breakfast was really great and overall the stay was such a reasonable price, all of the staff were friendly and so helpful. Would absolutely recommend, thanks again :)"
