"Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel itself is a little bit dated, but our room was very clean and the shared spaces like the hallways and continental breakfast area all were clean. The doors into the property were open, no keycard required. Good location. We would stay here again"

"Dank and musty smelling room, beat carpet with stains, AC unit had caked on dirt in vent. Tried to air out and had ro spray freshener both days but I'd still stunk. Plus when we showed up on Saturday afternoon they were pouring concrete outside the room. Horrible room 112. No other rooms available. Will never go back. "

"The location of this hotel could not have been better, right on the beach and close to the ferry, stores and restaurants. There were many positives about the hotel including a charming lobby, porches overlooking the main street in front and beach in back with comfortable seating. However, I'm not sure if the peeling paint on the walls was a decorative choice (the distressed look) or general disrepair. Our room had a balcony overlooking the beach which was its finest feature but the room...

"The staff was excellent and pleasant. The parking, check in and location were all excellent. The outdoor furniture that was part of my room was really dusty and dirty and I wish I was able to sit and use that part of my room while I was there. The couch in my room was very stained. I do think the staff could wipe down the outdoor furniture that is connected to the rooms. The fruit at the continental breakfast was moldy. I always enjoy the shore house locations so I know the cleanliness mentioned...

"Rooms were lovely. Heated Swimming pool was wonderful. The continental breakfast is presented beautifully...muffins, bagels, pancakes, yogurt , fruit, coffee and tea. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The Breezeway has its own private beach...so enjoyable to sit and watch the waves. My family and I look forward to staying next year.. Susan"

"The desk staff were very inviting, the room and bathroom were very clean and parking was plentiful. We only stayed one night but it was a great experience. The location is also great, a number of restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend!"
