"The property is beautiful, the employees are great. the pool and beach were very nice and the cottage was ok. I think it' starting to need some refurbishing ie. the air conditioners, the front room floor sounds like popcorn popping when walking on it, the rain shower head needs to go and the couch needs to be replaced.. Other than that it was fine!"

"the upper management is terrible. they were shirt staffed . the day of checkout we left our room to load the car before we checked out and they deactvated our key. mind you it was 3 hours before our 11 am checkout time. never again will i stay in a holiday inn"
