"The location is great we stayed for four nights and had to keep requesting towels like they didn't want to refresh our room, clean it or give us towels on a daily basis. The price we paid for the room should have included daily housekeeping or at least fresh towels and water bottles replenished."

"The room was disgusting… in a hallway like a cruise ship.. out of our window all we saw was a wall. the rug had stains all over it, the light on the night stand was full of rust, fridge with stains all over the front. My friends room upstairs was much nicer with an ocean view. But for $600 a night, I expected way better conditions. I’m very unhappy."

"The amount it costs for this room which is the size of a large walk in closet was not worth it. Carpet was old frayed and a layer of previous persons sand still present . The walls were dirty - tv remote dirty- throw pillow on bed appeared to have some sort of sticky residue on it. Two suitcases cannot be accessed at same time- you have to wait your turn to get what you need to then open other. Bathroom wall has plaster falling by toilet. The one Door key is very old and door can be opened...

"I usually love this hotel but was very disappointed in the extremely small room I got. It was hard to get by the bed without hitting the TV. I wasn't able to get hot water in the shower and unfortunately the AC never cooled the room. I should have asked for an alternative room. I was pretty disappointed."

"Toilet was dirty when we got there , we told front desk staff and the waived property taxes for the inconvenience overall staff was really friendly , helpful and the outdoor bar and patio were amazing"

"The location is absolutely perfect - an easy walk to the wharves and all they have to offer but tucked off to the side so that it’s quiet and not right in the middle of the bustle. Beautifully situated on the harbor with a lovely outdoor terrace area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is by valet only, which is a little annoying, but they are quick and friendly."

"Family of five who needed a place to crash 3 nights. The location is amazing. Right on the beach. Parking easy and assigned. Rooms were ok. The bathroom cabinet in room 109 was crooked and the back of it inside falling apart. Fridge worked great. View from ocean room.. so beautiful. Balcony, incredible and large. Very strict rules which I’m assuming is from past people partying. Rooms were quiet from other guests. Staff running it was helpful and great. Coffee was on first floor which was nice...
