"The room was disgusting, like a seedy motel in the rooms with broken windows, stained carpets and walls, the beds were over 10 years old (looked at the date on the mattresses) googled the beds they should only be used for 5 years and 7 years max with proper cleaning facilities which I am positive this place did not have. "We booked the family room with a pull out couch, but they did not provide linens/pillows for the pull out or enough towels. I notified the desk, but no follow up. I brought it to their attention at checkout and they took my email, but did not follow up. I paid extra for a family room, but didn't get the benefit of it."

"One elevator was down the entire time, then on the last day the second broke too. The entrance is in an alley that is dirty and usually has people loitering or sleeping in it. Street was boisterous at night and we were seven floors up. Would not feel safe here as a solo traveler. Great access to train station and very affordable, but I can’t say that I recommend it."
