"Location is lovely, free parking on site, modern rooms but dusty. Loved they had kids pool, my child enjoyed it. Receptionist on arrival did not inform me of amenities, breakfast times etc. I had to ask. I’ve never been to any hotel that hasn’t done this so very disappointing with a hotel of this level. "The staff were great..property is stunning. Spa facilities great. Food very good. The room we stopped in was a bit tired, I imagine it's one of the older ones..mattress was like sleeping on a Bouncy castle and the TV was very old to the point there was no clarity in the sound so it was just loud. "The ceiling was leaking liquid down the bathroom wall. The room was not set up for 2 people.
There should be a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, wash gel, etc.
Could not figure out how to turn on towel warmer.
Upside is the you g lady at the reception desk was very responsive.
