I always stay at delta, this time i was given the room on the ground floor, it was in a bad condition, lights were not working, bathroom was old and dirty, the sink had water drainage issues, the room door kept making noises, even internet was very patchy. This floor seems run down without proper maintenance. I am again staying next week and the week after and do not want to stay on the ground floor as clearly its an unmaintained part of the hotel building
Such a dated hotel I’m surprised this is part of the Marriott group. Bathroom was vintage. Room was cold. Heating didn’t work and wasn’t linked to the thermostat
