"Lovely attentive staff who greeted every time we walked past. Location was fantastic, in old quarter. Close to weekend night markets, food places, Hanoi square and lake. Please come here if staying in Hanoi!!!"

"The property is clean, the staff was very helpful , free drop off to the airport , and was helping us to find a driver to take us to the train street even tough we only stayed in short hours . It’s highly recommended."
