My family and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was very helpful in booking us a tour of Halong Bay as well as transportation to and from the airport which I highly recommend as it was very convenient to have someone waiting for you at the airport and ready to pick you up at the hotel on the return trip. The room was very clean and quiet, and the balcony was a nice area to view the busy street below. The location is centrally located in the old quarter with the night market being a 5 minute walk and many locations wither a 5 to 10 minute walk. There are many highly rated restaurants walking distance from the hotel with amazing authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Thank you to Linda and the rest of the staff for making our stay a wonderful one. We are looking forward to returning to Hanoi and staying at this location.

The Excellent Luxury

Hotel staff were super pleasant and helpful. We had our cell phone stolen while out and the staff helped us deal with police, try to locate the phone, and file a police report. They also prepared a full breakfast for us at 6:30 AM so we could catch our flight, even though they normally start breakfast at 7:00.

Great dining options around the hotel and everything is in walking distance. Pleasant hotel in Hanoi

Staff were superb: very helpful, kind, friendly and spoke good English. Hotel location is great: close to sites, eating, shopping and Hoan Lake. Stayed here twice. First stay was great as the room faced the street, had a good layout and had large windows. On our second stay, the room was long and narrow. It was fine but unique. I would recommend this hotel as I would stay here again!

The standouts for this place was the service and friendly staff. The most comfortable bed ,great shower pressure and was quiet. The family room did feel closed in without having a window out to the street.The gym was a let down with only one small bench and some free weights,but did have a good treadmill.

Great place to stay, tucked away on a busy street, but our room was on the backside and very quiet. Was fun to walk out onto a bustling scene everyday. The staff were outstanding, kind, helpful. Linda helped us book an outing to Lan Ha; Chloe and Cha were just wonderful. One thing: Expedia lists a pool at this property. There isn’t one.
