"The hotel was in a good location with easy access to central Venice. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out"

Overall a great hotel. We had some issues with our sink - the pipe kept coming undone and water would pour out and into the bathroom. Other than that, all good."

Breakfast was quite good but as a small hotel lacked some of the breadth of options that might be found in larger establishments. The extra charging for egg orders was a shame. "The staff at the campsite were all very efficient and friendly. The check in/check out was very easy. The shop was well stocked and the food in the restaurant was good. The shuttle service bus to take you to and from the site to Venice was a bonus, especially at only €2.50 each, each way. I would highly recommend this site for anyone wishing to visit Venice."
