Cari Hotel di Vale of Glamorgan

"Very nice"

"Just returned from a 2 night stay, great place and highly recommended however there is many parts that’s dated and could do with refurbishing besides that great place"

"Good room. Nice adjoining bar. Good facilities. Easy access to city centre. Free parking."

"Great hotel! Would be nice if there was an elevator to the basement parking lot"

"All the staff were so friendly. The bar staff especially Phil were excellent. We were there for an 80th birthday. My wife lost a bracelet we asked at reception in the morning and the lovely lady on reception said she would look inn the safe... unfortunately nothing. We went to look in the room where the party was held but it had already been cleaned. A lovely young lady named Erin asked could she help, we explained what had happened and she said that a bracelet had been found and had been put...

"Very tired - room large but furniture very old and rooms in need of a refresh."

"Nice, well located hotel. A free upgrade on arrival was a nice touch. The only issue was with the lifts, one of which had been awaiting repair for more than two weeks i was told resulting in long waits at breakfast times and on occasion in the evenings. I was on the 6th floor so didnt take the stairs all the time..."

"Excellent breakfast clean rooms friendly staff"

"Amazing stay Breakfast and lunch was great plenty of choice Lovely spa facilities Treatments carried out by Molly she was lovely and really knows her job a great massage. Would definitely return"

"Room had clear signs of water damage, peeling paint and mould in the bathroom. Breakfast was fine, did the job with a range of options but not 'high' quality options you would expect at a 4* hotel. They did have alternative milk and plant-based butter which was helpful. Staff were keen to help but there were problems with the Internet and our shower not turning off, dirty pillows and pillow cases that didn't actually prevent you from touching the pillow inside."

"good shower, free wifi room dark only frosted window average tea/ coffee earthlike soaps staff friendly"
