Overall a good hotel in an excellent position for central Cardiff. However the decor in places was tired and dark. Some minor errors made by staff on arrival. Breakfast food was satisfactory but not hot enough. Background music often not appropriate for time / occasion and often too loud.

Quite expensive, but the location is perfect for walking into town, and easy from the train station. Parking at £25 a day feels a little pricey. Overall great quality, comfortable rooms and breakfast very good too.

We stayed there for a concert at the utilita arena and it couldn't have been better. The only let down was the car park v which wasn't pre bookable. We therefore felt it was too much of a risk and booked parking elsewhere. A small issue was the lack of a decent mirror where someone with poor eyesight could actually see what they were doing.

Booked an executive room which surprisingly came with access to executive lounge which was a surprise. This included free drinks and canapés between 5-7 . This was really nice. Room was on 16 th floor which had amazing views. Air conditioning was a bit noisy but room was lovely and clean with great free amenities all in all a really lovely hotel would definitely stay again
